Ready Set Go Systems sells Excel business-system workbooks as digital downloads. This page explains, in plain English, what information we get, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We're a small business and we try to collect as little as possible. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we'll explain.
What we collect, in short
- When you buy: your name, email address, and order details, passed to us by Payhip.
- When you email us: your email address, your message, and anything you attach.
- When you browse: cookieless visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics.
That's it. We don't collect the numbers you enter in our free calculators, and we don't use advertising cookies.
Purchases and payments
Checkout, payments, and downloads are handled by Payhip and its payment processors. When you buy, Payhip shares your name, email address, and order details with us so we can support your purchase. We never see your full card number.
We use your order details to help with your purchase, answer questions about it, and keep the tax and order records we are required to keep. Payhip also handles your information under its own policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and doesn't track individuals across sites. This site sets no advertising cookies.
We use these totals only to understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site and our products.
Free calculators
Our free calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type in are not sent to us, so we never see your prices, income, or other figures.
Emailing us
If you email [email protected], we use your message to reply and help you. Emails you send us, including attachments, stay in our support inbox.
Done-for-you setup
We may offer a done-for-you setup service. If you buy it:
- We delete our working copies of your files after delivery.
- Please don't send client-identifying data, such as client names, contact details, or session records.
- We are not HIPAA compliant, so please don't send protected health information.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store (Payhip and Cloudflare) or when required by law.
Your requests
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We'll delete what we can, except what we must keep for tax and order records.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
